Our Story

My passion for the restaurant world started young, with my very first job flipping sliders at White Castle where I learned the fast-paced thrill of satisfying hungry customers one crave-worthy bite at a time. From there, I moved to Embers, a classic Midwest spot known for all-day breakfast and hearty comfort food, honing my skills in a warm, family-style environment.

But it was at Mamma D’s where things really clicked. That cozy spot drew me in twice— first after Embers, and again after a stint as a delivery driver for Domino’s Pizza. At Mamma D’s, I fell in love with the art of crafting authentic, homemade meals that bring people together.

The final piece came at Carbone’s Pizzeria, a beloved Minnesota tradition with roots going back generations. There, I mastered the perfect pizza— fresh dough, quality ingredients, and that unmistakable flavor that keeps families coming back.

All those experiences— from bustling chains to neighborhood favorites— built the foundation for my dream. Years of hard work, learning every corner of the kitchen and front of house, led to the moment I bought this restaurant. Today, we pour that same dedication into every dish, creating a welcoming spot where great food meets great memories.
